  Basically thieves. I ordered a spare tyre for my wife’s car. They sent the wrong one. It took over a years worth of emails and phone calls to send back the wrong tyre. They eventually agreed to send back the tyre and that they would refund me me the £20 of postage fees. After this it took several more months to get them to send the tyre and plain refused to refund my postage fees. The worst service I’ve ever received

  Got a quote from Vag Shack for a Golf Steering wheel. Very competitively priced and even fitted it for me for a small charge! Superb knowledgeable staff, all so friendly and happy to help. Can’t recommend this business enough. 5*****

  Initially very quick off the mark to reply via PartsGateway - The part got posted that day(allegedly) plus i paid for express delivery ! Part didn't show up and after 3 days began to chase ! Always answer the phone and seemed very concerned to why the part hadn't turned up ! Another part was resent via recorded delivery, 3 days later still no Part ! Called again to chase ? couldn't provide me with a Royal mail tracking No ? as driver went off sick that day ! Strangely enough I was refunded the money back into my account. Called again 2 days later and asked for the tracking No apparently the Driver had lost the details ! My guess they didn't have the 2 part and made up the story. 2 parts sent and nothing arrived ! I'm sure you can draw your own conclusion !
